Everyone likes knowing when their delivery will arrive, and the customers of the DHL / Cameron Group are no different.
We worked with the DHL / Cameron Group team to help build a public-facing website for their customers to track their consignments.
The site includes multiple search options, and the ability to view details for multiple consignments at once, where the different tracking events are shown. Visitors to the site can also share their consignment details with others using the site’s "Share" functionality to email others with a direct link to the details view.
Customers with a Customer ID can also provide this piece of information to view additional event details for their consignments.
This also involved working with the IT and project teams to help evolve the requirements for the API to meet not only the demands of the public-facing website, but also for future use for private integrations.
