Marty wanted a website where his photography was centre stage - and his new site built in Statamic ticks the box.
On tablets (such as iPads) and other large screen devices, the gallery features swipe navigation to seamlessly browse between images - even on multiple pages - to create an immersive experience.
Featuring a toggle between light and dark mode, the site will pick up the visitor's dark/light operating system preference to load as the default.
To make content management easy, Marty simply needs to upload a single image to a protected directory, and the website handles the image processing for watermark placement, and image optimisation and generation for different formats making an image-heavy website fast and as light weight as it can be.
